"Easy to assemble. One of the plastic hinges to mooing the dispenser was shored off on opening but with four other attachments it didn’t matter although it was irritating that it arrived damaged. If I’d had more time I might have sent it back but needed to get them installed. Bought four (two pole mounted) for a children’s playground so will see how they hold up."
